CIFESAL organises in the framework of the project E-CODE, "e-learning for competence development"

CIFESAL organises in the framework of the project E-CODE, "e-learning for competence development" a number of focus groups for the validation of a methodological model that defines professional competences, identifies company needs, and designs and puts at the disposal of the user a training environment answering to these needs.

E-CODE is addressed to the Financial Sector and the Sector of Employment Services. It has been already successfully applied to the creation of learning web environments based on professional competences in Employment Centres, Local Authorities, Banks and SMEs.

If your company belongs to the financial sector or you represent an Employment Centre, you have now the possibility to test the E-CODE application until end of june 2009, and study the applicability to the needs of your company or organisation through the participation in a focus group.
