CIFESAL

CIFESAL International Consulting is the international division of the CIFESAL Group and specializes in the design, management and evaluation of economic development and institutional support projects worldwide.

CIFESAL was established in 1990 with the objective of serving public and private entities in all their operative and strategic areas, responding to new opportunities and needs in an era of rapid change. CIFESAL has a staff of 61 permanent consultants and more than 425 associated consultants who implement training and technical cooperation projects.

Whilst our multinational and multidisciplinary team has its base and Headquarters in Madrid, Spain, we also rely on branch offices in Brussels (Belgium), Guatemala (Guatemala) and Asunción (Paraguay) in order to ensure immediate response to our partners and efficient implementation of our projects.

CIFESAL is a partner in several international networks, for instance the Ibero-American Institutional Co-operation Programme for Development of SMEs (IBERPYME) and the European Management Training Consortium CONFORM. In addition, we collaborate with partners and associates throughout Europe, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.

Our experience is based on two decades of service to the Public and Private sectors. Through a close relationship with our partners, we have developed extensive expertise in a wide range of technical areas. Initially, the Group provided direct assistance and training to companies in the fields of Total Quality Management (TQM), Prevention of Labour Risks and Information Technologies (IT).
